Questions we expect

Is there a free trial?

During beta, we onboard tenants manually with a free month to validate fit. No credit card needed until month 2.

Do you take a cut of our sales?

No. Your card processor (SumUp / Zettle / Stripe Terminal) charges their usual ~1.69% - you negotiate that with them. We charge €50 flat.

What happens if I cancel?

You get a CSV export of everything: products, orders, customers, inventory, reports. No hostage data, no exit fees.

Is my data EU-hosted?

Yes. Data is hosted in the EU, with EU backups. We're an Estonian OÜ, subject to GDPR and Estonian tax law.
