Where is my data hosted?
All tenant data lives in EU-hosted Postgres clusters, each tenant in its own database with credentials encrypted at rest. GDPR Article 13/14 disclosures and the sub-processor list are in our Privacy Policy.
Do I need to pay anything to try BahiKash?
No. The standard plan ships with a 30-day free trial, no credit card, no contract. Founding Partners commit to 12 months on the Growth tier for 3 free months plus 50% off months 4-12.
How long does onboarding take?
Days, not weeks. We provision the database, default menu templates for your business type, staff PINs, and the customer-facing menu URL in one operator session, so you can take an order the same day.
